CO-ENERGY, a division of Connell Oil Incorporated has purchased Family Oil Company located in Priest River, Idaho effective December 15, 2020.  Family Oil Company has been operating in Priest River since 1950’s.

CO-ENERGY is a family owned and operated business founded in 1987.  Our focus has been in the Agriculture, Forestry, Commercial and Wholesale businesses.  We are a full line petroleum products distributor and carry a complete line of quality lubricants including Phillips 66 and Petro Canada amongst many other brands. We conveniently offer two Card Lock brands, Pacific Pride and CFN. We are pleased to continue to provide these Quality Lubricants and Card Lock brands to all of Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
